Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders are subject to availability.
- Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Address Accuracy
- Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at mtahatsbrandco@gmail.com before your order is processed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. However, we will do our best to assist you if such a situation arises.
- Please ensure you track your package and have a secure delivery address.
